Thanks for the links! I have now added a block against immediate Wikidata disambigation items. I remember times though (some biological species with yet unclear definition), where all other languages except for German referenced a proper Wikipedia page, the Wikidata page was specific, but the link to the German Wikipedia referenced a disambiguation page.
I'd need an example to try to handle such a case as well. I've opened a separate issue for that #29
